The Is will serie consists of 5 posters with a formal unity and unitary aesthetic intention that tries to manifest an inherent look to the world of skateboarding based on three ideas. In a first level, the set (format, colors, typography) determines a minimalist and concentrated ideal that affects the visual and communicative attraction. In a second order of things, the arrangement of the same color on the surface exemplifies the concept of skateboarding as a global cultural-social practice with the same root, while the alteration of colors in typography shows precisely the very different aspects, facets and skate styles. If skateboarding reinforces a playful vision of life, it also articulates a committed life. Skateboarding is sport, but it is also useful as a tool for social integration in communities at risk of poverty. That is to say, skateboarding is defined in its diversity of senses: commitment, playful life, social integration, subcultural styles, etc. Finally, printed texts and words undertake a serial logic of language.

La serie Is will consta de 5 carteles con una unidad formal e intención estética unitaria que intenta manifestar una mirada inherente al mundo del skate en base a tres ideas. En un primer nivel, el conjunto (formato, colores, tipografía) determina un ideal minimalista y concentrado que repercute sobre la atracción visual y comunicativa. En un segundo orden de cosas, la disposición del mismo color en la superficie ejemplifica la concepción del skate como una práctica cultural-social global con una misma raiz, mientras que la alteración de los colores en la tipografía muestra precisamente las muy diversas vertientes, facetas y estilos del skate.

Si el skate refuerza una visión lúdica de la vida, también articula una vida comprometida. El skate es deporte, pero también es utilizado como una herramienta de integración social en comunidades en riesgo de pobreza. Es decir, el skate se define en su diversidad de sentidos: compromiso, vida lúdica, solidaridad, voluntad, interacción y comunidad, estilos subculturales, etc. Por último, los textos y palabras impresas acometen una lógica seriada del lenguaje.
